You send us a floor plan with basic information on it such as wall lengths, ceiling height, window
openings and door openings.
Add to that appliance sizes and placements and any other special features such as
“Trash pull-out here”, “Lazy Susan here”, raised end panels, etc.
Also please note what style of cabinets, face frame with overlay doors, face frame with inset doors,
euro style, whether the refrigerator is freestanding, freestanding in a box or built-in, etc.
We use this information to draw up your kitchen. If we have questions, comments or suggestions we
will either call you to discuss it or make notes and include them with your drawings.
(Gathering this information costs you no extra time as it is all information you would need to gather to
design and draw the kitchen yourself.)
At this time, we will send you your drawings by fax, e-mail or mail.
You review your drawings and make any changes or alterations by marking directly on them and
faxing or sending them back to us.
We make the changes and send you out a new set.
We continue this until you are satisfied with your drawings.
Once you are satisfied with your drawings, we send you out a hard copy by mail.
That’s it!
